Return Refund Policy

 

  • At the outset, it is mandatory for all the buyers/purchasers on the portal to ensure that the product once delivered to the buyer/purchaser must be opened at a place having sufficient light and shall make complete videography of the opening of the box and shall preserve the same. In case, WWW.KHARIDIS.COM or the portal is in need of such videography recording the same shall be made available to the portal as expeditiously as possible. Since this is a B2B portal, it is mandatory to open such parcels or the box at a place where clear and HD recording of the product/box can be done and such parcel opening can be recorded.
  • WWW.KHARIDIS.COM shall not allow return or refund of any product if the ticket is raised after 3 days from the date of delivery. WWW.KHARIDIS.COM shall allow return of products and refund if the ticket is raised online on the portal within 3 days from delivery in the following cases :
  • Product is used/ worn or altered,
  • Physical damage to the internal packing of the product or to the product,
  • If sealed package of branded products is open,
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing.
  • The product was not defective but still wants to return the same,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • The product is not as per the order,
  • Or any other reason.
  • In case of return and refund of any products, following conditions must be fulfilled:
  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted.
  • Brand packaging should be intact.
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website.
  • Videography must be preserved for at least one month from the date of dispute.
  • In case of wrong product, defective product or any other dispute, Buyer shall upload a minimum of 6-10 pictures in HD quality and shall send the same to the portal for its decision.
  • To return a product, you can raise a return request/ticket at our mobile application, portal, from the buyer dashboard and from the RMA module. To raise a grievance pertaining to a product, a buyer must raise a dispute on the portal pertaining to the purchase made from the portal. In case of multiple purchase of products, buyer has the facility to return particular products as per the set size and quantity. Portal shall not accept single product from the set. A complete set shall be returned to the portal.
  • Note: The product returned shall be returned as per complete set of product as prescribed in the portal or as is sold to the user. Part return of any product from a particular set shall not be allowed.
  • Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. The return product shall be returned with complete set displayed on the portal. In case of return of product, if the local pick up location is not available, then the user shall return the product to the nearest location pick up centre as recommended by WWW.KHARIDIS.COM.
  • WWW.KHARIDIS.COM shall have exclusive rights to decide the dispute raised by the buyer. WWW.KHARIDIS.COM can accept or reject any return or refund request lodged by the buyer. Any such decision taken by the portal or WWW.KHARIDIS.COM shall be binding to the buyer and shall not be subject to challenge before any court of law. WWW.KHARIDIS.COM shall have exclusive rights to block any user in case WWW.KHARIDIS.COM finds such user to be misusing any content, facility, usage rights or any other functionality are found to be miss-used or in the opinion of the portal such user is miss-using any functionality of the portal and portal may use such right to block any user at any point of time without issuing notice to such user.
  • Buyers must ensure that this is a B2B Portal and shall always strive to achieve highest business standards and practices in order to establish long term relations with the portal. In case any user is found to miss-use return and refund policy of the portal time and again, portal shall be at liberty to impose such costs and penalties as may be deemed fit and proper to the portal from time to time.
  • In case, the product is dispatched to the buyer as per the requirements of the buyer and still such buyer makes a request for return or refund of such product, then the logistics and other charges shall be borne by such buyer and the same shall be directly deducted from the amount received by the portal at the time of purchase. Such user or buyer shall not raise any dispute qua the decision of the portal in case such charges, logistics costs or penalty is imposed on such buyer or user.
  • If any dispute arises between the Parties hereto during the subsistence of this Agreement or thereafter, in connection with, or arising out of, this Agreement, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Indian) to be adjudicated by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by WWW.KHARIDIS.COM. Arbitration shall be held at Ahmedabad or Delhi. The proceedings of arbitration shall be in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
